Patient Passport app for iPhone and iPad

The Patient Passport app provided by the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre is a unique passport to assist cancer care patients through your journey to recovery. The app helps you track your symptoms, keep a journal, organize your medications, find definitions to common cancer care terms, keep track of your appointments, and search contacts of local cancer care providers in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Patient Passport integrates iCloud making it a powerful app that can sync all of your data from your passport between iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Mac computers using iCloud Calendars. This means that if you write a journal entry, book an appointment, add a medication, or track symptoms, it will be synced automatically between all of your devices with iCloud.
